Pug, ‘‘but I still believe in Santa, so don’t ever quit believing in Santa, no matter how old you get!!!” Students of Rosemary Popovich Ballet and Dance Arts Center entertained the children with a grand floor show of acrobatics, tap, jazz, Polynesian, ballet and country western dance. The talent of these children was indeed superb. Our many thanks to Rosemary Popovich for bringing all this talent to our Christmas party. After the floor show, games were played under the supervision of Mrs. Claus (Pen Duruttya) her helpers, Sherri Thomas, Jennie Carman, Andrea Duruttya, Shelly Kennan and Shelly Summers. Shelly Kennan and Andrea Duruttya (standing) two of Santa's helpers explaining to the parents of the smaller tykes how the game is played. It was a joy to sec the enjoyment the children were having playing and winning prizes. After the last game and prizes were given out, all of a sudden the children heard loud laughter, “Ho- Ho-Ho”! It was good old Saint Nick! The children excitedly gathered around him. He held each child on his knee, some were excited, some were doubtful, some were scared, and some even cried—but good old Santa listened patiently and told them he would try his best to see they received nice gifts Christmas morning! Santa (Gary Heestand) and Mrs. Claus (Penny Duruttya) comforting little Carrie Carman not to be afraid of Santa!
