Agency Organizations (Continued from Page 1) And, what a difference it is as you will read elsewhere in these pages. This is the beginning. What we have started in Pennsylvania and the Pittsburgh area is a pilot program. Eventually, agency sales and service offices will be located in cities and towns where a large concentration of membership, and potential membership, exists. Pictured are the welcomed additions to the William Penn ranks. Two were not available for the photo session. We have established two agency offices. One to be located in the greater Pittsburgh area and headed by Ron Abies as Agency Manager. The other will be located in Irwin, Pennsylvania and is headed by Larry Mikolajcik, Agency Manager. Both of these gentlemen bring great experience and expertise to the William Penn. Associated with Ron Abies in the greater Pittsburgh area are agent associates: George James, Andrew Uzonyi, Joseph Berrie, Jim DeAndrea, AI Ammon and Ron Balia. Associated with Larry Mikolajcik in the Irwin area are these agent asssociates: Harvey Baker, Randy Baker, Dennis Bogi, Carl Eber, Bob Groshardt, Anthony Guadiano, Bill Miller, Larry Newberg, Steve Schultz and Liz Trotter. Concurrent with the significant development of a professional and trained sales and service organization we have made some important changes in our life insurance products. Two new products have been developed. One is aimed at the 19 to 34 age brackets where 40% of America's population exists. It should help your Association attract and keep new, young members. Another, a Single Premium Whole Policy is an innovation for the industry as well as for William Penn. One premium payment, paid only once, pays the policy for life. This adapts itself to all age brackets but will find particular interest among parents and grandparents for juvenile insurance use. Details on this product are discussed elsewhere in this issue. The balance of our products are under review and are being updated to meet the times, because: • Continued high inflation brings a need to maintain adequate protection. • Higher interest rates increase the cost of capital to borrowers and places a larger premium on the value of life insurance which is a substitute for capital. • Better educated customers call for better educated and trained agents. Our annuity products are unexelled. An annuity is insurance against living too long. It can be purchased on a single premium immediate or deferred basis which means income begins immediately or is deferred to a future date. Annuities can be flexible in premium. This means you can fluctuate the amount of contribution each year. William Penn Annuities are among the best in the industry. They bear no service charge, no loading and no administration or surrender charge. Our current interest is 10%, guaranteed rate is 4Vi%. Finally, we have launched, where our agency forces exist, a Confidential Service Review program. This program reviews your present William Penn Certificates and helps us bring our record up to date. WPA also stands for "WE PROVIDE ANSWERS" for finanical planning. A trained representative will review your certificate(s) with you, make sure it is doing what you want it to do, offer advise if it doesn't, help you coordinate it with your other assets and make you aware of very valuable options available to you now. And, saving the best to the last, we have introduced a Fraternal Bonus Program whereby William Penn insured parents have included in their insurance, at no additional cost, valuable orphan benefits which pay income to age 1 8 for orphaned children and then makes available a total of $8,000 for each child for a college scholarship fund. Now, you can see that William Penn does make the difference. SQUISH! Water in the human body serves many purposes — it cools, carries food to the cells, moistens and cleanses the eyes and eliminates waste from the kidneys. Each day the body needs two-and-one-half quarts to replace water lost in food production, cooling and waste disposal. There are about 50 quarts of water in the body.
