Pennsylvania and the Superinten­dent of the Ohio Insurance Depart­ment an assumption certificate to each member of American Hungar­ian in good standing, acknowledging membership in the William Penn together with all rights and privileges incident thereto, and all certificate benefits to which such member or his lawful beneficiary is entitled as provided therein. The ad­ditional paid-up insurance amounts and the paid-up at age eighty en­dorsements specified in c) above will be set forth on each assumption cer­tificate. 5) The parties further agree that all application forms, medical ex­amination forms, warranties, reinstatements, waivers, books of account, records, contracts and cer­tificates pertaining to the members shall continue in effect. 6) After the date of this merger, every former member of American Hungarian shall have equal rights with all William Penn members sub ject to the terms of his or her cer­tificate, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the William Penn By-Laws and any amendments thereto. 7) Commencing with the date of merger, dividends will be ac­cumulated for American Hungarian members and credited on each cer­tificate anniversary date based on the then current William Penn divi­dend scale, for like Mortality Tables and interest assumptions. All former American Hungarian members who hold certificates valued, for annual statement purposes, on the basis of the 1941 CSO Mortality Table will receive dividends based on the ap­propriate William Penn 1941 CSO dividend scale. 8) The parties agree that all subordinate branches of American Hungarian shall have the right to maintain their autonomy as American Hungarian branches of William Penn. 9) Local lodge secretaries of American Hungarian may become part-time fieldworkers for William Penn Association. 10) Present full and part-time of­ficers, directors and auditors of American Hungarian will continue as an Advisory Committee of William Penn for the remainder of their terms of office which expire in July, 1 980. The office of American Hungarian will be maintained at 1 1800 Shaker Blvd. until at least July 31,1 980. 1 1 ) It is agreed that all reasonable and proper expenses directly or indirectly incurred in ef­fectuating this merger shall be payable out of the merged assets of the societies, including, but not limited to the expenses of the Ad­visory Committee, Officers, Board meetings, actuarial and legal. 12) It is agreed by and between the parties that the laws of the Com­monwealth of Pennsylvania shall ap­ply to the construction of every part of this Agreement, and the meaning of the words and phrases herein whether this Agreement was ex­ecuted within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdic­tion. 13) The Officers and Board of Directors of American Hungarian and William Penn are authorized and directed to make any changes in form or subject matter not substan­tive in nature to comply with recom­mendations or directives made by the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Superintendent of the Ohio In­surance Department. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the WILLIAM PENN ASSOCIATION and the AMERICAN HUNGARIAN CATHOLIC SOCIETY pursuant to resolutions duly adopted, author­ized, empowered and directed, the National President, the National Secretary, the President and Secretary respectively, do hereby execute this Agreement and affix the seals of said Societies this day of , 1980, in­tending to be legally bound hereby. Fraternalist Of The Year JOHN RADZYMINSKI John Henry Radzyminski, National Director of the Polish National Alli­ance (PNA), has been named the “Fraternalist of the Year" by the Fraternal Societies of Greater Pitts­burgh (FSGP). A banquet honoring Mr. Radzyminski was held March 8, 1980, at the Pittsburgh William Penn Hotel. For the 5th consecutive year, this respected award is presented to a deserving fraternalist, known for humanitarian, civic and charitable deeds that demonstrate a “fraternal spirit". “Fraternalist of the Year" John Radzyminski is married to Stephania Karcz. They are the proud parents of three daughters and grandparents of six grandchildren. John Radzyminski now serves his third term and 9th year as National Director of the PNA, and is President of PNA Lodge 205 — Radiant Soci­ety, Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh. Mr. Radzyminski was employed as a steel worker after high school and soon became involved in union lead­ership. He was associated with Philip Murray in 1 942 when the lat­ter organized United Steelworkers of America (USWA).
