(Continued from Page 11) sewing, bingo and just an old fash­ioned game of cards. Mr. Gebnar retired from Ford Motor Company in January 1971, after 34/2 years of service. He enjoys to fish, bowl and card playing with his friends. He is currently the 2nd Vice President of Local 600, retirees chapter. They are also kept busy by their nine grandchildren. Congratula­tions to you Ludwig and Mary, and may you enjoy and celebrate many more anniversaries. The annual election of Officers was held on Monday, December 3, 1979. The following Officers were elected to serve Branch 18 for 1980: President, Steve Danko; Vice President, Andrew Toth; Vice President, Steve P. Danko; Secretary, Dorothy Csanyi; Treasurer, Betty Holguin; Controller, James Katona; Auditors, Betty Kocsis, James L. Lochinger, Mary Gebnar, James Lochinger and Paul Barta. Grape Festival attended by National Secretary Albert Stelkovics and his lovely wife Mary en joying the dinner and the dancers. Our young Hungarian William Penn Dancers held a fashion show and card party in November, which was a very successful event. Congratulations dancers, on a job well done. On November 14th, the Social Club had the honor of having Hungarian Emmy Award Winner, Actress, Rutkai Eva as their guest. A banquet was held in her honor. Miss Rutkai was truly im­pressed with the hospitality and the cordial greetings she received from all present. May you enjoy many leisure hours and we hope to see you at our next bowling tournament. Darlene Szatmári has been ap­pointed as the Fraternal Affiars organizer for Branch 18. Good luck Darlene, in your new endeavor. Steve and Irene Kekes, longtime members of Branch 18, will be leaving us and moving to Beverly Hills, Florida. Steve and Irene have been in our William Penn bowling league since it began. They have participated in our bowling tournaments and enjoyed many hours with friends at our Social Club, of which they are also members. Steve is retiring from the Wayne Coun­ty Road Commission this month, and their home is ready and waiting for them at 331 S. Adams, Beverly Hills, Florida, 32665. They would love to hear from you. Best wishes and good luck. Congratulations to you Steve. Vacations are still the key words at Branch 18 . . . Bill and Betty Kocsis are spending a month in sunny Florida; Julia and Steve Danko, are going the same route. I sure hope you will all rest, relax and enjoy all that sunshine. Betty and Rey Holguin, together with Helen and John Molnár, Mary and Ernest Ecsedi, Lucile and Louis Almassy, Ida and Louis Kanyo, Bar­bara and John Kanyo, Emma and Andy Toth and Mrs. Margaret Molnár are flying west to Las Vegas. They plan on seeing a few shows and having fun. We sure hope some of you at least come home “winners”.
