Looks like Branch 18 really came home with the bacon!! Congratula­tions to all of you. After the bowling, a wonderful dinner dance was enjoyed by all. Many thanks to the hard workers in Pittsburgh that helped in any way to make this tournament so successful. June 16th was a relaxing evening at the William Penn Social Club. A dinner-dance which was well planned was a huge success. Music was pro­vided by our own Joe Balint and his or­chestra, and as a special treat, we were entertained by “Saudia”, an exotic dancer. Darlene Szatmári and James Lochinger (instructors) have advised us that our William Penn Dancers have really been quite busy these past few months. They performed at the Na­tional Bowling Banquet in Pittsburgh over Memorial Day weekend, which was a tremendous success. They were viewed by the Hungarian Ambassador to the U.S., Ferenc Esztergályos and the First Secretary, Ferenc Sipka. Everyone had a great time and hope to be invited again in the future. Once home, the group was off again to Flint, Mich, to perform for the William Penn Branch 214 Dinner- Dance at the Blessed Sacrament Church. Accompanying them were Mr. (Continued on Page 10) 9
