(Continued from Page Seven) JOHN E. R ADV ANY He was the first Director of the Newark Skills Center and, previously, was Principal of the Vocational Depart­ment at the Marie H. Katzenbach School for the Deaf where he entered the teach­ing field. Dr. Radvany received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rider College majoring in Accounting, his Master’s Degree from Temple University in Educational Ad­ministration. He has served on the Co­adjutant Staff of Rutgers University and Jersey City State College. Since being affiliated with employ­ment and training programs, he has been actively engaged in developing pro­grams with business, unions, govern­mental agencies and interested commun­ity groups in the Newark area, as well as the entire State. He has been deeply involved and is vitally interested in the development of vocational training programs in the State’s correctional institutions and is committed to programs for the handi­capped. He is married, has two sons and a daughter and lives in Titusville, N.J. Dr. Radvany, a member of Branch 13, is the son of the former Director, Frank Radvany, Sr. and brother of the present National Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Frank J. Radvany.
