Youth Camp Site . . . (Continued from Page One) Since the annual meeting, the Board of Directors have met and discussed the uses to which this property can be put. A Planning Engineer has been engaged to prepare a Master Plan for the best recreational, fraternal and social use of the land. When this Master Plan is ready the Executive Committee will implement this in stages, setting priorities on the basis of greatest demand. The many anticipated uses will probably include a Youth Camp, Recreation Vehicle Parking, winter sports such as skiing, tobogganing and snowmobiling. The area is also conducive to great social and fraternal gatherings, etc. The Officers and Board of Directors will do everything possible to see that this valuable piece of property will be put to beneficial use of its members as soon as is feasible. The property is known as Penn’s Scenic View. We show in pictures some of the area and existing buildings (1) Main building (2) Tennis and basketball courts (3) Lake and beach (4) Hillside by lake (5) Stable (6) Office building (7) Chalet (8) Lake. In order for the Association to properly plan ahead for the ultimate use of this property we would like to have an idea as to how many of our members and their friends would be interested in a camping program for youth, and a camping program for the parents with recreational vehicles.
