BANES FOR JUDGE OF COMMON PLEAS COURT (Continued from Page 1 ) In 1952 he resigned from the Board and was appointed General Counsel. He has been unanimously reappointed General Council of the Board every four years. Mr. Banes was one of the brilliant legal minds which brought about the successful merger of Verhovay-Rakoczi to form the WILLIAM PENN ASSOCIATION. Without a doubt General Counsel Banes, in Pennsylvania at least, is one of the most renowned fraternal insurance law experts. In more than 25 years he has served the taxpayers and property owners, the average citizen as a municipal solicitor in Township, Boroughs, School Boards and Authorities. He has appeared as Counsel in lawsuits in all of the Courts of Pennsylvania. He understands what Government does for its citizens. As a Solicitor and public spirited citizen he has been a leader in building our Communities to be better and safer places in which to live and work. He will bring dignity, firmness, knowledge and sense of fair play to the administration of the Justice in Allegheny County. Mr. Banes is a candidate on both the Democratic and Republican tickets, therefore, all of our Allegheny County members have an opportunity to see one of our members succeed in his quest for this nomination. Gay B. Banes’ name will appear on the Ballot at numbers 4-B (blue) and 18-D (cherry). We earnestly and sincerely urge you to support the candidacy of General Counsel Gay B. Banes for Judge of Court of Common Pleas, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Banes can’t win without your support.
