III.). Система гидроузлов с точки зрения эффективности является необходимым капиталовложением, ведь достижение целей без сооружения гидроузлов требует гораздо больше материальных затрат со стороны общества. Производимую системой гидроузлов электрическую энергию целесообразно использовать для рационализации, при непосредственном обеспечении потреблений. Такой метод использования даст более значительный эффект и более короткую окупаемость; - Из фактических результатов, полученных созданием системы гидроузлов производственными отраслями используется ок. 82%-а, а непроизводственные отраслями ок. 18%. Целесообразно нести затраты и участи в доходах учитывать по такой пропорции. - В случае учета пропорции несения затрат, себестоимость вырабатываемой системой гидроузлов электроэнергии будет гораздо благоприятнее, чем у существующих или проектируемых других объектах (рис. 15). - Система гидроузлов Фабричково-Надьмарош - несмотря на более благоприятные показатели эффективности является не вариантом проектируемых энергетических сооружений, а их экономичным дополнением. * * * A dynamic economic evaluation of the Barrage System of Gabcikovo-Nagvmaros by Dr. I. E. candidate of the Technical Sciences The goal of this paper is - to determine the costs and benefits of a multiobjective project-system with regard on the forecasted effects of temporally changing economic circumstances, to evaluate the relative and absolute efficiency of the Barrage System through the assessment of different indices based on comparison with existing alternatives. The author extended his investigations on costs and benefits on the level of the national economy shared by Hungary on the basis of the following model: How do investment costs and benefits look like during the total life span of the project (realization and life expectancy)? - By knowing the possible values of costs and benefits is the investment economic; if yes, under what conditions? - If the project can be realized, is this necessary from the point of view of economy? - What are the actual values of the economic parameters of the Barrage System? According to the performed economic investigations the Barrage System of Gabcikovo-Nagymaros may be tested as it follows: - Economic evaluation of the Barrage System is influenced by the interests of both the productive ( Figs. 3 and 4) and the non-productive ( Figs. 5, 6, and 7) sectors of the national economy. - Benefits realized in the non-productive sector are evaluated according to the marginal benefit belonging to the strategy of development at which the non-productive sectors are developed till 2000, and at which between 1996 and 2005 (Alternative II). This alternative realizes characteristically the expected demand of the non-productive sectors (Figs. 8. 9, 10). - Economically, the Barrage System is feasible because save Alternative I. - the benefits are higher than costs on the efficiency level of the national economy (Table III). - The Barrage System is a necessary investment from an economical point of view because the attained onjectives would cost much more for our society without the construction of the System. Electric energy produced by the Barrage System can be better used for energy-rationalization than for direct consumption. This kind of utilization will produce a more favourable efficiency and earlier monetary return.
