28 The author who, as an exhibitioner of the Hungarian State, carried out his experiments in the hydraulic laboratory of the Institute Electrotechnique at Toulouse, France, expresses his thanks to Prof. Camichel, director of the Institute, as well as to MM. Escande, Teissié-Solier and Sabathé, who kindly assisted him in his studies.
