В начале 1950-х годов в окрестностях тиханьской переправы был построен мотель, ресторан и гостиница. Берег перед мотелем был защищен укрепительной стеной, и тогда же построены пляж и пристань для парусных лодок. Пристань состоит из бассейна площадью 50X80 метров и одного входного мола. Бассейн

пристани окружен густыми зарослями тростника, защищающими парусники от господствующих ветров. Мол пристани сооружен наброской камня, а сверху облицован камнем, уложенным в бетон. Вдоль мола для купальщиков и рыболовов построен каменнобетонный парапет.
