Mr. Fodor, a business man, owned and operated a ranch with his partner Coloman Domonkos, and in addition raised beautiful and unusual pheasants which were sold nationally and internationally. The Rev. Dr. Alexis Csutoros was the minister. Fifty years later, on January 24, 1954, Mr. and Mrs. Debrosky celebrated their golden wedding. Beckley, West Virginia, has initiated a movement in its district to arouse the interest of the members in that coal mining area in the coming 11th Annual National Verhovay Bowling Tournament and 1954 National Verhovay' Fellowship Days in New York City. It is planned to reserve an entire railroad coach to accommodate the bowlers and the members. The round trip to New York. City in a special coach for Verhovayans and their guests is $25.00, whereas the regular fare is $42.00. Thus a saving of $17.00 is possible by group travel.
