ELMER CHARLES PAGE 3 Field Assistant to the President Elmer Charles (Károly) was appointed “Field Assistant to the President” at the recent meeting of the Board of Directors, in fulfillment of the request of National President John Bencze. Mr. Charles assumed his new duties on April 1st, leaving temporarily vacant Field No. II where he had achieved record success. It will be Mr. Charles’ task to assist our National President in his field work, securing new men to handle our ’manches, training these workers, and carrying out the directives of Mr. Bencze pertaining to the duties of all the field men. Mr. Charles has demonstrated, time and again, his ability to work successfully with our branch managers. His work with the branch managers of Field II brought not only much new business but also a better understanding and cooperation from our men in the field. Every branch manager of Field II will regret losing his personal assistance. However, they and the entire membership will be happy to know that his capabilities will be put to work over the entire field. We feel certain that National President Bencze’s personal field liaison man will be well received everywnere and that his efforts in behalf of our National President and our Association will be appreciated. We do wish this energetic and capable young man every success in his new venture. The Association should benefit immensely. WEAR IT TO REMIND OTHERS
