Branch 14 CARNIVAL DANCE The recently elected Entertain­ment Committee of Branch 14, con­sisting of chairman Joseph J. Barry, secretary Bertram Szilagyi, treasurer Nicholas Juhász, comptroller Sza­bolcs Balogh, and Joseph Hegedűs, Paul Gyuran, Frank Pinter and Wil­liam Urban, members, launched an ambitious social program for this year. The first major event will be a CARNIVAL DANCE, to be held on Sunday, ^February 27th, ^t Verhovay Hall, 8637 Buckeye Rd., with music to be furnished by the popular Sza­badkai orchestra. Fine food and re­freshments will be served. Proceeds of the affair will be set aside for the improvement of the Verhovay Home. Admission, including tax, 75 cents. Branch 34 VERHOVAY CHARITY DANCE On the occasion of Verhovay’s 63rd birthday, a Carnival Dance will be held by Branch 34 in the hall of the Hungarian Reformed Church on Johnston Avenue, Hazelwood,, Pitts­burgh, on Saturday, February 19th. beginning at 8 o’clock. The entire proceeds of this affair will be turned over to the Verhovay Fund For The Aiding of the Crippled Juvenile Members. It is requested, therefore, that the members of Branch 34, as well as those of the other branches in this area, attend this dance in order that our observance of Ver­hovay Charity Day may benefit the crippled juvenile members of the As­sociation.
