In awarding the First Prize the Verhovay Fraternal Insurance Association stipulates, however, that the winner must have secured at least 400,000 points; while in order to win one of the five automobile awards the winners must have secured at least 250,000 points each. It is compulsory that every contestant be a member of the Verhovay Fraternal Insurance Association, or if not member, join the Association at once and pay in monthly dues for a half year in advance. 2. The computation of the results of the Contest will be made on the basis of the following key: ORDINARY INSURANCE (If monthly dues are paid for six months in advance) For securing a $ 250.00 membership .................................................... 500 points For securing a 500.00 membership ...................................................— 1,000 points For securing a 1,000.00 membership ...................................................... 2,000 points For securing a 5,000.00 membership ........... 10,000 points (If monthly dues are paid for a full year in advance) For securing a $ 250.00 membership .................................................... 1,500 points For securing a 500.00 membership ..............................................- 3,000 points For securing a 1,000.00 membership ....................... 6,000 points For securing a 5,000.00 membership ............................................. 30,000 points Amounts of insurance not listed will be computed proportionately to the above table and credited to the contestant. IN THE JUNIOR ORDER For a 15 cent monthly premium each new member represents .... 400 points For a 25 cent monthly premium each new member represents .... 600 points (If monthly dues are paid for a full year in advance) For a 15 cent monthly premium each new member represents .... 1,200 points For a 25 cent monthly premium each new member represents .... 2,000 points 3. Anyone securing a new member may present his Contest point* to any contestant whom he wishes, but when that is done, he can not reclaim same for himself. 4. The Contest closes December 31. 1940. 5. In determining the Contest results only those monthly dues will be considered which are in the Supreme Treasury before or on December 31, 1940. 6. In awarding the prizes only those new members will be taken into con­sideration whose monthly dues are paid to December 31, 1940. 7. The prizes will be awarded by a committee appointed for this purpose. The members of this committee will be chosen from the Board of Directors, the Comptrolling’Committee and the Supreme Officers. 8. The following can not take part in the Contest: Any Supreme Officer of the Verhovay Fr&ternal Insurance Association, any employee of the Home Office, any District Manager or any member of his family. 9. Any other member of any branch of the Association may take part in the Contest. A branch may, if it wishes, choose one of iSs members and assist him in the Contest. 10. The Home Office of the Verhovay Fraternal Insurance Association will keep a correct and precise record of the Contest points. All instructions and printed matter necessary for the work of a contestant may be had free of charge from any District Manager, Branch Secretary or directly from the Home Office. 11. Anyone wishing to take part in the Contest must report this on an official Entry Blank and send it to the Home Office. The request should be addres­sed to Joseph Darago, Supreme President, Verhovay Fraternal Insurance Asso­ciation, 345 Fourth Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pa. 12. In order to receive proper credit a Contest Form must be sent to the Home Office for each and every member secured, after whom credits are desired.
