It then stood empty for some years, and during this short time it aged a century. At the last moment before falling down, the building found a new owner. The best restorers worked on its rebirth, and their work has proved highly successful. The new owner installed a casino in the former pavilion. The public has regained this attractive building only as a spectacle enjoyable from outside, yet even so it is The Castle Garden Pavilion 7
