On the twelfth and thirteenth levels are the ground control radar and the air conditioning system, on the eleventh the control centre, on the tenth the meteorological unit, on the ninth the infrastructure servicing the control centre, and the meteorological instruments, on the eighth the radio, and on the seventh the engine rooms and the recreation area. On 30 August 1983 flight MA 881 was given permission to land from the new tower.
