A Kúria - egy öreg épület The Curia-an old building Die Kurie (Curia) - das alte Gebäude Kúria - je to jedna stará budova A Kúria (Curia) a város egyik legöregebb épülete. 1718-ban „dass Capiti Hausz" (káptalani ház) néven szerepel az Althann-féle térképen. 1770- ben már városi fogadóként említik, de főként kvártélyházként, katonák beszállásolására használták. 1810-1818 között az Esterházy-gyalogezred növendékháza, ezt követően ismét szálloda. Nagytermében az 1880-as évektől rendszeresen tartottak színházi, mozi- (Curia mozgó) és ismeretterjesztő előadásokat, hangversenyeket, bálokat, és rendeztek kiállításokat. A háznak 1857-ben még barokk külseje volt, de 1870 körül eklektikus homlokzatot kapott. A Kúria ekkor még önállóan állt, még nem építették egybe a volt domonkos rendházzal. Ma az épület egyik földszinti helyiségében látható a Mosolyalbum - Sajdik Ferenc Kossuth-díjas művész karikatúra életmű-kiállítása. The Curia is the oldest building in the city. It is mentioned as Chapter House on the Althann map in 1718. Then it is mentioned as the city inn in 1770, but it was mostly used as quarters to accommodate soldiers. It served as housing for the infantry regiment between 1810-1818 then it became a hotel again. From the 1880s, the great hall hosted plays, movie showings, lectures, concerts and balls on a regular basis. The building had a baroque exterior in 1857, however, it received an eclectic facade at around 1870. At that time the Curia was an independent building, it was not connected to the Dominican monastery. Today, a caricature collection - the Smile-album by Ferenc Sajdik is exhibited on the first floor. Die Kurie ist eines der ältesten Gebäude der Stadt. Im Jahre 1718 wurde sie auf dem Plan von Althann noch als „dass Capitl Hausz" bezeichnet. 1770 wurde sie als Fierberge erwähnt, vor allem Soldaten wurden hier einquartiert. In ihrem Hauptsaal fanden seit den 1880er Jahren Theater- und Kinoaufführungen, populärwissenschaftliche Vorträge, Konzerte, Bälle und Ausstellungen statt. Im Jahre 1857 hatte das Gebäude noch ein barockes Aussehen, aber um 1870 wurde seine Fassade im eklektischen Stil umgebaut. Die Kurie stand damals noch alleine, das Ordenhaus der Dominikaner war noch nicht angebaut. In einem Raum am Erdgeschoss kann man die Karikaturensammlung „Mosolyalbum" (Album des Lächelns) von Ferenc Sajdik (ausgezeichnet mit Kossuth-Preis) besichtigen. Kúria (Curia) je najstarsou budovou mesta. Na Althannovej mape v roku 1718 figuruje ako „dass Capitl Haus" (kapitulsky dom). Budovu v roku 1770 spomínajú ako mestsky hostinec, ale slúzi hlavne ako ubytovna pre vojakov. V rokoch 1810-1818 slúzi ako kadetsky dom pre pesi pluk Eszterházy, po tomto období slúzi opät ako hotel. Od roku 1880 vo vel'kej sálé sa pravidelne usporiadali divadelné predstavenia, populárne vedecké prednásky, koncerty, plesy a vystavy, pösobilo kino (Kino Curia). Budova v roku 1857 mala este barokovy exteriér, v roku 1870 dostala eklektickú fasádu. Budova Kúrie vtedy bola este samostatnou budovou, nebola spojená s byvalym dominikánskym klástorom. V súcasnosti na prízemí budovyje „Album úsmevu" - vystava z diel karikaturistu Ferenca Sajdika. 88
