A püspöki palotával szemben emelkedő püspöki könyvtár romantikus stílusban épült 1878- ban, Peitler Antal József püspök idejében. Itt helyezték el az egyesített püspöki, káptalani és szemináriumi könyvtárat. Az épületben lakott és alkotott Kisfaludy Pikéthy Tibor (1884-1972) egyházmegyei karnagy, zeneszerző, orgonamú'vész, a váci zeneiskola alapítója.

The Library of the Diocese across from the Bishop's Palace was built during the time of Bishop Antal József Peitler in romance style in 1878. The unified library of the Bishopric, Chapter and Seminary is housed here. Tibor Kisfaludy Pikéthy (1884-1972), composer and organist of the diocese and founder of the Vác Music School has lived and worked here.

Die Bischöfliche Bibliothek wurde 1878 im romantischen Stil während die Zeit von Bischof Antal József Peitler errichtet. Hier befindet sich die Bischöfliche, Stifts- und Priesterseminarsbibliothek. In diesem Gebäude lebte und wirkte Tibor Kisfaludy Pikéthy (1884-1972), Kapellmeister der Diözese, Komponist und Gründer der Musikschule von Vác.

Oproti biskupskému palácu sa dvíha biskupská kniznica, postavená v romantickom style, v roku 1878, pocas obdobia biskupa Antala Józsefa Peitlera. Tu je umiestnená zdruzená kapitulská, biskupská a seminárska kniznica. Vtejto budove zil a tvoril diecézny dirigent, skladatef, organovy virtuóz a zakladatei Vácskej hudobnej skoly Tibor Kisfaludy Pikéthy (1884-1972).
