If you need motel reservation please let us know as soon as possible. We would like to know if you plan to be here for Sunday. We all know that food is very expensive, so to cut down on the expenses for those attending we ask for ‘Food Donations from our readers living in the nearby areas. We ask the ladies to bake their delicious Hungarian pastries, cook their favorite Hungarian dishes and bri ng it to one of the meals: Friday lunch and supper — Saturday lunch — Sunday lunch and will finish the left-overs at Sunday supper. Please let us know if we can count on your help. Weather permitting the meals will be served at the Picnic Grove of the Bethlen Home. Learning from last year’s Conference, where we pin-pointed each presentation to a time, but we were unable to keep — because the speakers did not arrive, so we had to juggle the presentations. Saturday morning or as much time is needed for the parliamentary meeting of the Hungarian Eighth Tribe Foundation, followed by continuation of the program and banquet at the evening.
