J . «fi,«, M Page 20 v-THE EIGHTH TRIBE February, 1981 — NOTICE — The readers of the Eighth Tribe have suggested to have a conference on subjects related to our Hun­garian Heritage: history, fine arts, etc. Secondly: A decision has to be made on the fu­ture of the Eighth Tribe Foundation’s plan to estab­lish a Hungarian Cultural-Educational Institute. For the above reasons a We would like to have from every Hungarian Church — Catholic and Protestant — at least two representatives. Also from every society. Individual participation urged. More information will be printed in future issues. Conference language is English. Those who have not mastered the English language can present their presentations in Hungarian and it will be translated into English. CONFERENCE will be sponsored by the Eighth Tribe Foundation Tentative date: Thursday, Friday and Saturday August 20, 21, 22, 1981 (August 20th is observed by Hungarians as St. Stephen’s Day in honor of the first Christian King of Hungary.)
