Már többször kijelentettük, a “Nyolcadik Törzs” teljessen függetlenül működik minden politikai és vallási nézetektől. E lap a “Magyar Örökséget” akarja átadni angol nyelven az itt született gyermekeinknek. Letters to the Editor: Eighth Tribe: Please renew my subscription to the “Eighth Tribe”. Plus accept a donation of $25.00 for the foundation in memorial of my parents, Rachel és Karoly Biro, who were born in Fenges Letke Szabolcs Megye Hungary. Thank you, Joe Bero and Rita Dear Eighth Tribe: I enjoy reading the “Eighth Tribe” but my mother who reads only Hungarian cannot find anything printed in Hungarian enough to keep her up-dated with the magazine. Will there be more Hungarian in the Eighth Tribe? Sincerely, Mrs. Rots Pittsburgh, Pa. Dear Mr. Chomos: Thank you for the display of the Hungarian Food Fair at St. Elias Church in the September and October issues. Your front pages depicting Hungarian scenes are of such high artistic value that I used 12 of them from the various editions in a Pictorial Review. This was displayed in the lobby of our Social Hall during the Food Fair. Our guests showed a great interest in the pictures and I hope you will receive more subscriptions to the Eighth Tribe in the very near future. Sincerely yours, Miss Margaret J. Katrincsak Munhall, Pa. To our New York City readers: Please inform us if there was a change in your Zip Code number. To our readers: Please send ONLY black and white pictures, otherwise reproduction of pictures is bad — see July issue, page 14. We urge our readers to participate in gathering news for publication in the Eighth Tribe. If articles of importance appear in your local press about persons of Hungarian descent, organizations or doings — send the clipping to us.
