glctíbítp ^tgl)ítgí)ts: NATIONAL HOUSEKEEPERS AND LAUNDRY WEEK CELEBRATED Throughout the year, thousands of people visit The Bethlen Home and often comment on the cleanliness of The Home and the appearance of our residents. Although it takes every department to make things work, the appearance of our nursing home and our residents' clothing certainly belong to the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. Our Home is very proud of how hard the staff works to maintain the appearance of the facility and its1 residents. As the staff performs their job each day, you can always hear them interacting with the residents as they clean their rooms or deliver their laundry. National Housekeepers and Laundry Week is celebrated September 9th through the 15th. Join us in "thanking" them for a job well done. At the crack of dawn you will find our Dietary Staff here at The Bethlen Home getting ready to start the day. One of the most important parts of our resident's lives is their meal. They look forward to going to the Dining Room each day for their lunch and dinner and having the chance to socialize with friends. The Bethlen Home's Dietary Department does a wonderful job in preparing a large variety of meals that will satisfy one's appetite, no matter what type of diet they may serve. The meals are always presented appealing to the eye to help increase our resident's appetite. Our staff caters to each resident's taste and needs at each meal, often preparing personal requests from residents. You often find residents going to the kitchen throughout the day getting snacks always prepared with a friendly smile. A variety of menus are served from ethnic to traditional foods. Our cooks take pride in their meals, especially when it comes to their homemade soups, breads and desserts. Please take the time to stop by the kitchen during Food Service Week to thank our staff for a job well done. Listed below are The Bethlen Home's Dietary Staff.
