A Birthday Party will be held each month, and de­tails will be posted on the bulletin boards located near the Nurse's Station. Family and friends are welcome to join in on the festivities. Private parties and family dinner parties are also available, but "You must call ahead and make res­ervations for the Solarium and Dining Room at least two weeks in advance!" Please contact the Activity Department during business hours for infor­mation on reserving the Solarium. Anyone interested in making Family Dinner reservations should con­tact Michele Campbell, Dietitian for details. Reser­vations are made according to scheduled activity, programs, inservices, etc. Families are also reminded that they are responsible for cleaning up after their celebrations when using the Solarium, Dining Room or Patio areas. The Cookbook features 475 recipes with a special section dedicated to Hungarian Cuisine. Bethlen Home Volunteers, Staff and family supplied the reci­pes.
