&ctüritp?|tgí)ltgí)tő UPCOMING ATTRACTIONS During the months of February, March and April the following programs are going to be held, along with the regularly scheduled programs. Residents and families will be able to review the weekly events posted on the bulletin board located near each Nursing Station and the Activity Room. Schedules in the newsletter are subject to change, due to scheduling of programs being done several months in advance. For your convenience, a monthly calendar and a monthly in-house newsletter are posted in each resident's room. Families are welcome to attend our activities. FEBRUARY HIGHLIGHTS 4 6 ^ Thursday, 1st: Be ^ sure to cast your votes for the King and Queen of Hearts contest displayed by each Nursing Station. Winners will be announced at the Valentine Ball. Sunday, 11th: Lights of the Valley Choral Group will visit at 3:00 p.m. in the Dining Room. Monday, 12th: A Sweetheart Lun-o° cheon will be held for residents and their spouses at 11:30 a.m. in the Dining Room. Invitations will be sent out. Tuesday, 13th: Sweethearts' Dinner Ball will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Dining Room. St. Vincent College escorts will arrive at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, 14th: Happy Valentines Day everyone! Valentine Party will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Dining Room with entertainment provided by the Gene Peterson Trio. MARCH HIGHLIGHTS Thursday, 15th: Hungarian Freedom Day A church service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Dining Room to honor our Nursing Home's Hungarian Heritage along with our residents. A luncheon will then follow the service at 11:30 a.m. serving traditional Hungarian dishes. Details will be announced. Friday, 16th: Set-up for Spring Craft Show will be held today. Saturday, 17th: Spring Craft Show Today!! 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. located in the Dining Room, Solarium and Activity Room. Thursday, 23rd: Entertainment to be held at 2:00 p.m. by Cliff Spratt. Thursday, 29th: Sunshine Brothers Clothing Wagon to be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Dining Room. APRIL HIGHLIGHTS Saturday, 7th: Easter Egg Hunt Festivities will be held starting at 11:00 a.m. in the Dining Room. Employees' children and grandchildren will be invited to join in on the fun with our residents. Watch for details. Sunday, 8th: Palm Sunday Lights of the Valley Choral Group will be performing at 3:00 p.m. in the Dining Room. Saturday, 14th: Easter Party to be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Dining Room. Sunday, 15th: Happy Easter everyone!! 15th through 21 st is National Volunteer Recognition Week. Thursday, 19th: Volunteer Recognition Luncheon 12:00 Noon.
