Sctüntp 80TH ANNIVERSARY COOKBOOK "Many Thanks" to all the families, friends and staff who submitted their "favorite" recipes for The Bethlen Home 80th Anniversary Cookbook. We appreciate your kindness on helping to make this project a great success. The cookbook will contain a large variety of recipes, including a large selection of Hungarian favorites. Announcement will be made in our next newsletter issue on the availability and cost of the cookbook. Our goal is that we will have the cookbooks avail­able for purchase starting in the Thanksgiving Sea­son. Mail order for the cookbooks will also be available.
