May God continue to bless you with Good Health and Prosperity in the upcoming New Year. From the Staff of Bethlen Home CANDLELIGHT Christmas candles are a symbol Of that star of long ago Which illumined all Judea With a wondrous heavenly glow. It was that light that drew the Wise Men From their foreign lands afar On their long and weary journey Ever following the Star, Trusting always in its guidance,' Knowing well that it would bring Them finally to a village Where there lay a new born king. In remembrance, light your candles ^ To recall that heavenly light; With their joyous, hopeful message Let them make the world more bright. Let them gleam from every window Through the blackness of the night; Let them shed their lovely light. Perhaps some lonely wanderer A new pathway may perceive And be guided to the Savior On this blessed Christmas Eve. HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE The Activity Staff will be sponsoring a "Holiday Open House" on Saturday, December 19th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Dining Room. Come and enjoy some refreshments along with a good old fashioned holiday singalong in the afternoon. Hope to see you there!! t CHRISTMAS PRAYER As Christmas candles glisten And church bells ring once more, May happiness surround you, Peace knock upon your door. As trees are gay with tinsel And Santa Claus appears, May all the joy of friendship Be yours throughout the years. As well-remembered carols Ring out upon the air, God bless and keep you safe This is my Christmas prayer.
