But, lately, the weather has not been too cooperative. The residents enjoy going on picnics to various State Parks, the Gateway Clipper, Ice Cream Outings, and visits to our local museum in Greensburg. During the month of July, two special parties were held. One in honor of the 4th of July and the other a Birthday Celebration in honor of oneofourresident’s, “Elloda Mack”, who recently celebrated her 101st birthday on the 4th of July. “Special Thanks” to the Mack Family for sponsoring this month’s birthday party and special entertainment for our residents. They really enjoyed the music and old songs. The following pictures are from outings and special events held in the home. We hope you will enjoy them. Pictured are residents Olga Szabo and Elizabeth Toth recalling memories of the old days of pumping water! They tell me they miss that. I think they’re pulling our chains!
