32nd Annual Hungarian Festival—New Brunswick, New Jersey—June 2, 2007 HRFA Home Office personnel and Robert Kovács, Branch 302 Manager, set up a booth in front of the Saint Ladislaus Church, where they had the opening ceremony after the morning parade. Afterward children and youths performed beautiful Hungarian dances. And along Summerset Street there were booths displaying delicious foods, crafts and memorabilia. HRFA’s booth was represented by Gyula Balogh (President), Les Megyeri (Secretary/Treasurer), Frank Kapitan (Branch 300 Manager), Erika Mason, Kati Nagy and Robert Kovács (New Brunswick Branch Manager). Among other HRFA members that stopped by the table were: Director George Dózsa and his wife Matilda, Director Bill Puskas, Ted Harsaghy (former Branch 302 Manager), Ákos Nagy, Robert Kovács’ wife and child, Linda Martin (Director Rev. Leslie Martin was at work and was only able to join us at the end of the day), Deneice Oroszvary (Branch 20 Manager), and Ilona Toth (Branches 13/93 Manager). Robert Kovács was enthusiastically promoting HRFA and was successful in signing up two new members and obtaining many new leads. For must of us the festival ended with a beautiful and joyful twilight concert, except for those who had the energy (mostly youths) to stay for the Táncház at the Hungarian Scout Home. Hope to see you next year! Kati Nagy, Home Office Robert sisnine UP members. Hungarian man working hard.
