Page 10 TESTVÉRISÉG BRANCH NEWS Branch 52 - South Norwalk, Connecticut We would like to introduce our youngest member, Ashley Elizabeth David, who was born on December 27, 1999. As a member of the Federation, she joins her dad, Joseph, her brother, Joshua Joseph, and a cousin, Christopher Dodson. We wish Ashley a warm welcome, and God’s richest blessings. Ernest P. Virgulák, President, Branch 52 203-847-0114 Ashley E. David Branch 134 - Gr. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania We prepared a nice Thanksgiving basket and presented it to a needy family for the holiday. It was greatly appreciated. Get well cards were sent to several of our members, all of whom are doing well now. We hosted a Christmas party on December 2nd at the social hall of the Duquesne Hungarian Reformed Church. It was very well attended and a good time was had by all. Pictured is our newest little member, Bryce Louis Hegedűs, the son of Lori and Lou Hegedűs. Bryce attends our church services regularly with his parents; the entire congregation loves him, and he loves to hear the organ music. Our member Michael A. Nagy was married this past summer to his lovely wife Lisa. Bryce L. Heledus Michael is the grandson of Branch President Marion Nagy. Our congratulations and best wishes are extended to them. To all our members and friends: A Blessed Christmas Season and a Happy Healthy forthcoming New Year. Fraternally: Julia Nagy, Secretary and Olga Darnay, Br. Manager 412-466-2710 Branch 151 - Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania We welcome our new members Katherine (age 3), Elizabeth (age 7) and Jonathan (age 10) to the HRFA. They are the children of Jon and Karen Glass and the grandchildren of Wes and Aileen Glass of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Jon and Karen are missionaries in Poland and their goal is to bring the Gospel to those who do not know Christ. They are also planting churches in Poland. The Glass Family Our prayers are with Jon and Karen and their children as they work for the Lord. God bless their ministry. Peg Fabri, Secretary 724-843-6162 Branch 158-Vestaburg, Pennsylvania My favorite pastime is to help out at the Beth Center Senior Center, where I volunteer for any job needed. However, I mostly help in the kitchen, getting the Meals on Wheels prepared and helping the cook to get the daily noon meal ready. We are very fortunate in our town to have a lovely center for our elderly people to meet in - have dinner every day and partake in various types of entertainment. We could always use more people as volunteers, especially in the Meals on Wheels program. I understand the problem is the same all over the country. If you can give a few hours a week, please do so. Some of these people who get their meals never have anyone to talk to and they so much look forward to these visits. My sister-in-law Mary Sape was the cook here until her retirement. My brother Norman Sape and his wife deliver these meals in Chesapeake, Virginia. It is a wonderful feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction. Irene Sinclair, Branch Manager 724-377-2345 Mr. and Mrs. Michael Nagy
