To avoid unnecessary delays in the settlement of claims, every policyholder should be made aware of a few basic requirements:

1. Check your life insurance certificate to make sure that the beneficiary/beneficiaries are alive and listed correctly.

2. Keep the Home Office informed of any changes in your address.

■ Each year a number of policyholders move without leaving a forwarding address. Without a correct forwarding address, we are not be able to communicate with you, and you will not receive important information from the Home Office.

3. Review you life insurance policy with your agent at least every two years.
