Page 14 TESTVÉRISÉG their recommendations to the Plenary Session, the following resolutions were adopted: ♦ That the field force be reassigned to the secretary's office. ♦ That the minimum face values be more uniform on all insurance products offered by the Federation to prospective buyers and members. ♦ That all licensed agents be required to sell a certain amount of insurance per year, if such number is not met, the agent's license fee will be the agent's responsibility. ♦ That the Federation make its portfolio more attractive by using modern marketing tools. ♦ That one year after the convention each branch have an active, qualified branch manager. ♦ That no branch be assigned to branch 300 but to a branch closest to its geographical area. ♦ That if feasible, beneficiaries of members with certificates over 50 years receive a monetary gift determined by the board. ♦ That only cost of living raises be granted to the national officers, board of directors and home office employees. ♦ That a gift of $3,500 be given to members of the board of directors who retire as of the 1 996-convention. This is a one-time gift and given to those board members only who announced their intent to retire prior to the elections. ♦ That the national officers and members of the board of directors be released from their responsibilities for the past four years. ♦ That the convention accept the gracious invitation of Rev. Imre A. Bertalan to hold the next convention in Toledo, Ohio.
