> From now on all Federation-sponsored picnics be named Fraternal Days.

>- The 100th Anniversary Commemorative plates be ordered.

>- The percentage in our mortgage lending policy be retained at 70% of the appraised value of the property. The duration of the loaning period and the maximum principal amount remain the same as in 1995 (15 - 20 years; $125,000 maximum). Applicant must be a

member in good standing for a minimum of two years. The members must maintain permanent insurance with the Federation during the term of the mortgage. Exceptions should not be made; same degree of fairness must be shown to all members.

>- The non-contributory pension plan be converted to a contributory one for full-time employees and become effective January 1, 1997.
