The Hungarian Club also donated $211 to the Bethlen Museum & Archives. Louis Reszoly visits every third Sunday of the month members who are sick at home, in the hospital or in rest homes. We are happy to report that our branch manager Louis Reszoly has an eight-month old grandson by the name of Brian Louis Reszoly. The next meeting will be held on March 21,1992 at 7:30 p.m. at 125 Harbor Avenue, Bridgeport (Louis Reszoly's home) to discuss plans for the Rose Ball on June 6,1992. Date set for the delegate election meeting was April 25, 1992. Klara Barabas Secretary BRANCH 67 - SHARON, PA A meeting was held on December 4, 1991 in the home of Branch Manager Helen Szuch. Presiding officer, William Szuch, gave the opening prayer. Minutes were read and approved. It was reported that contributions were made to Bethlen Home, the annual bazaar and the scholarship fund of the HRFA. The Secretary helped with the leukemia, cancer and heart funds locally. Thank you note was received from activity director of the Bethlen Home. Silent prayer was held for deceased members Frank Nagy and Elmer Dudash. A thank you note was received for donations made to Student Aid Fund of the HRFA in their memory. Summer Violet Small was welcomed into the juvenile branch. 50th wedding anniversary of Branch Manager Helen Szuch and Honorary President William Szuch was observed. The sick members were visited or sent cards to. Visit to the Bethlen Home by Secretary Helen Szuch was reported, she also visited sick members at Latrobe Hospital together with Mrs. Edith Kovács. President William Szuch also requested that the same fraternal work be done in 1992 as in 1991. Officers elected for 1992: William Szuch, President; John A. Helen Szuch Secretary-Treasurer & Branch Manager BRANCH 69 - COLUMBUS, OH Meeting was held at the Hungarian Reformed Church in Columbus on December 15, 1991. Presiding officer was Margaret Leonardo and the opening prayer was given by Rev. István Nyeste. Minutes and Treasurer's reports were presented and approved. We decided to hold meetings every other month. Starting February 1992, there will be a social gathering after a lunch at the church at approx. 12:30 p.m. We are going to line-up a couple of social affairs for this year; however, we will have to find a suitable location first. Rose Komives Secretary BRANCH 74 - MUSKEGON HTS., MI A meeting was held on January 19, 1992 at the residence of Branch Manager Alex Jozsa. Presiding officer Alex Jozsa gave the opening prayer. During the meeting it was reported that two members of the branch were in nursing homes and one member was recovering from a complication due to a badly broken hip. The officers visited with friends of the branch and their relatives. Officers for 1992 were elected: Alex Jozsa, President; Mrs. Thomas (Mary) De Vries, Secretary.
