FRATERNITY Page 15 Pennsylvania News The 5th Annual Ligonier Picnic proved to be a successful event once again. The busy day started with the traditional church service with the participation of Rev.Dr. John Butosi, Rev. Paul Kovács, Rev. Zoltán Kovács and Rev. Louis Medgyesi. The lovely service set the mood for the rest of the day. The three bogrács were attended by Vice President George Dózsa and helpers Erzsiké Medgyesi, Béla Csikesz, László and Arpad Kostal. The art of lángos-making took place in rather tight quarters, namely the toolshed, but with no effect on Director László Lipoczky and his helper Joe Király, who made it look so easy. The Hungarian music and colorful Magyar dancers enhanced the festive mood. The following officers of Br. 151 again proved their willingness to help with the work: Alex Varady, Joe & Peggy Fabri, Helen Wilson and Arlene Csornán. Many thanks to all those people who helped prepare the picnic grounds, served the food and beverages ánd collected the tickets. Also our great appreciation for the generous donations of pastries and raffle gifts. Thanks to all the branches of the Federation which brought visitors, to the ministers of our various churches who attended with the members of their congregation, to all the Hungarian Clubs and their members, and to all the visitors who traveled many miles to be with their Hungarian brethren. Last but not least we acknowledge our appreciation to Rev. Paul Kovács and his wife Edith and to Rev. Zoltán Kovács. See you all again on July 19, 1992 in Ligonier, Pennsylvania.
