Page 6 TESTVÉRISÉG The District of Columbia Insurance Commissioner's Department in its 1985 Inspection Report requested that the Federation establish an active branch life in Maryland and Viriginia. To date, the Federation did not act on this recommendation. Therefore, as a cost cutting measure, the Federation for all practical purposes should drop both States from its licensed status. No retroactive reimbursement should be given to members who attended the Annual Youth Camp in Pennsylvania. All three District Offices (Cleveland, Detroit and New Brunswick) be closed as of December 1991, and that the position of District Clerk be terminated at all three locations.
