There being no further business to conduct, Secretary Louise Vespremi closed the meeting with a prayer. The next meeting will be held in January 1991 for the election of branch officers. This meeting will take place at the Branch office and it would be appreciated if a large number of members would attend this important meeting. Louise Vespremi, Branch Secretary BRANCH 52—SO.NORWALK, CT Branch 52 held a meeting in March of this year and will hold their Annual Meeting in December. A oneMembers ofBr. 52 at one of the Branch-sponsored outings. Ernest P. Virgulák, President, Br. 52 day bus trip, for members and friends, is planned for Tuesday, October 23, 1990. The two photographs show activities which we enjoyed in the past. In the first photo, Branch President Ernest Virgulák waits at the refreshment table for the Branch-sponsored Fellowship Moments, between church services, at the Hungarian Reformed Church (UCC), South Norwalk, CT. The second photo shows Branch members, Judy and Steve Manko, with their daughter, Sharon Visciglia, at the entrance to the Chinese Tea House on the grounds of a Newport, RI., Mansion. In the past, Branch 52 also sponsored bus trips to Ligonier, PA.; Montreal and Quebec, Canada; and the Statue of Liberty and South Street Seaport in New York City. A few years ago, the Branch also cosponsored a trip to Hungary. Our interests are varied and numerous, due to the participation of our members in church and community activities. It is indeed a pleasure for me to announce the marriage of my nephew, Timothy Stephen Betts, to Juli Evelyn Alter. Their wedding and reception took place at the Rockville, MD., Civic Center Mansion on Sunday, August 12, 1990. The wedding photograph shows the bride and groom with his cousins, Christa and Matthew Van Buskirk, who were, respectively, Junior Bridesmaid and Ringbearer. Tim, Christa and Matthew are life-long members of the HRFA, and they are the grandchildren of William Sontra, a dedicated member of Branch 52. Their mothers, Margaret Sontra Betts and Linda Sontra Van Buskirk, are also life-long members of the Branch. This family represents three
