Our Branch Manager attended various church anniver­saries and Hungarian events, representing the Feder­ation. Helen Savage gave the opening prayer. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved, so was the treasurer's report. In silent prayer we remembered Susanna Taylor who passed away. Kim, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Bill Savage, got married. Elections were held with the following results: Billy Savage, President; Ric Savage, Vice President; Phyllis Evans, Treasurer; Carol Moore, Secretary. Mrs. Andrew Ingar, member of our branch, is proud to share with us the good news that her granddaugh­ter, Stacie Britton, was accepted to Arizona State College. Out of 685 students graduating, she ranked 15th and is the-öfdy girl in her class studying architectural engineering. Stacie is also a member of our branch. We congratulate her heartily and wish her all the best. As has been their tradition, the Taba family once again invited members and friends of our branch to a Disznótoros dinner on Sunday, February 4, 1990. Once again, a large crowd gathered in the warmth of their farm house to enjoy a succulent dinner, exquis­itely prepared by Janos, Rozsika, their sons and daughters- in-law. It was good to be together again, to sing beautiful melodies and to enjoy the gift of fellowship. We thank the entire family for giving us this opportunity, and we thank them for the work involved in the preparation of such an elaborate dinner. God bless you — Taba family.
