PAGE 6 TESTVÉRISÉG Resolution 21: On the recommendation of the Committee, Resolution 5 was recended by the Board. A new motion was introduced by Dir. Rev. Nicholas Novak, seconded by Dir. Rev. Louis Medgyesi. Resolution reads as follows: "We request that the Ohio Directors of the HRFA be members of the Board of Trustees of the Bethlen Home of Ohio, as well as the three National Officers of the HRFA." — Motion passed Resolution 22: The By-Laws of the Bethlen Museum & Archives, Ligonier, Pa., require the appointment of four members from the Board of Directors of the HRFA to the Board of Trustees of the Bethlen Museum & Archives, Ligonier, Pa., and that these four members be appointed by the Executive Committee of the HRFA prior to the September 1989 meeting.
