The opinion of the doctors is that the baby has only a few more weeks to live. His only chance is to undergo an operation immediately. This operation can only be done in West Germany and the United States. Many good things happened in Cleveland in the past — individuals, churches and organizations decided to bring the child to Cleveland. The specialists offered their services free of charge; a travel agent would donate the tickets for the parents and child. The clinical care amounting to approximately $15,000 is the only outstanding amount. Part of this has already been collected, and it is hoped that the rest will be donated by individuals. Any hesitation is overruled by the word of the Master who says: VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, INASMUCH AS YE HAVE DONE IT UNTO ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE MY BRETHREN, YE HAVE DONE IT UNTO ME.” The Hungarian Reformed Federation of America joins the good people of Cleveland to come up with the necessary expenses. I urge every member of the Federation to send donations to our Home Office: HRFA, 2001 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, DC 20036-1011. Your tax- deductible donation will be matched by the Federation and sent to the Cleveland organization. PLEASE ACT WITHOUT DELAY. We are thankful for each contribution which has made this project such a memorable one: Rev. Bela P. Bacsó of Elyria, Ohio. “I first saw the Statue of Liberty in January of 1921 at the age of 13 when I arrived together with my older brother and sister in New York Harbor on S/S “Mongolia.” We reached our destination, (Continued on Page 6) Picture credit: Augustus F.
