FRATERNITY Page 17 BRANCH 63 - BRIDGEPORT At the officers election meeting held April 13th the following were elected officers: Rev. Dr. John Butosi — president, Frank Nagy — vice president, Jennie Nagy — secretary, Elizabeth Szalai — treasurer, Louis Barabas — controller. Meetings were held and the members of branch 63 assisted in planning for the Kantus concert in Klein Hall on Sunday, March 23rd. Everybody said it was one of the best concerts they had heard in a long time. Members assisted in arranging the lodging for the more than 40 guests from Debrecen. Plans were begun for the 90th Anniversary Celebration which will be observed on Sunday, June 29th at the Bessemer Center at 1 PM. This observance will be held jointly with the other Bridgeport area branches, #1 and #52. Louis Reszoly BRANCH 69 - COLUMBUS At the officers election meeting the following were elected as officers for 1986: Margaret Leonardo — president, Charles Sullivan — vice president, Otto Leonardo — secretary-treasurer. Activities and socials were planned for 1986. BRANCH 84 - CHICAGO At the officers election meeting the following were elected officers for 1986: James Gall — president, Helen Biczo — vice president, Catherine Maloney — secretary, Ted Bancsi — treasurer, Julius Budos — controller. On April 12th, Branches 62 & 84 sponsored a dinner dance, celebrating our 90th Anniversary. It was held at the Calvin Reformed Church Fellowship Hall. The music was provided by Pásztor Antal in true Hungarian fashion, and the entertainment was provided by the Rábái Együttes dance group — the highlight of the evening! Our delicious meal was prepared by many willing hands. All in all, the festivities were enjoyed by approximately 160 guests, including Joseph Tegze, National Director of Sales. Many happy memories remain because of the fellowship shared by all. As a result, I am happy to enclose a donation of $60.00 to be used toward the Bethlen Home Fund or as you see fit. Catherine Maloney, secretary BRANCH 62 & 84 A 90. évforduló ünneplése Fenti osztályok április 12-én, közös rendezvényben ünnepelték Egyesületünk fennállásának 90. évfordulóját. A Lynwood-i magyar református egyház nagytermében mintegy 160 személy jelent meg. Házilag készített ízletes magyar vacsorát szolgáltunk. A vendégeket Kovács József, a 62-es osztály kezelője köszöntötte. Mint házigazda Nt. Orth Győző lelkipásztor mondott beszédet. Nt. Bertalan Imre elnök levelét, köszöntését Kovács Mária olvasta. Az Egyesület nevében Tegze József országos szervező szólt. A beszédeket a RáFőasztalnál: Kovács József osztályvezető köszönti a vendégeket, Skerl Alfons és Orth Győző lelki- pásztorok, Tegze József országos szervező. A Rábai népi táncegyüttes. bai népi táncegyüttes feledhetetlenül szép műsora követte. Az este hátralevő részében a tánczenét Pásztor Antal és zenekara szolgáltatta.
