FRATERNITY Page 19 Családi és hivatalos elfoglaltsága mellett egyház- községének egyik igen aktív vezető tagja, presbitere. Mindezen rengeteg elfoglaltsága mellett is állandóan szakít időt magának a múzeummal kapcsolatos munkálatok, kutatások, teendők elvégzéséhez. Az emlékek felkutatásából kifolyóan kapcsolatai az U.S.A.-n kívül kiterjednek Kanadára, Dél-Amerika több államára és Ausztráliára is. Ennek eredményeként a különféle eredeti tárgyakon, dokumentumokon, fényképeken és iratokon kívül több mint 3,000 általa készített fényképe is van, precízen rendszerezve. Sajnos az idő feltartózhatatlanul halad, eljár fejünk felett, és az Úr Isten lassan magához szólít mindnyájunkat. Itt kell hagynunk szeretteinket, mindenünket, a számunkra oly kedves és becses emlékeinket is, amelyek sokszor utódaink számára értéktelenek és így az utókor számára eltűnnek, megsemmisülnek. Kiáltó szóval fordulok Magyar Testvéreimhez! Ne engedjük, ne engedjétek, hogy ez így legyen! Ha a Magyar Fegyveres Erőkkel kapcsolatos tárgyaitokat, dokumentumaitokat, emlékeiteknek kellően megbecsült, tiszteletben tartott helyet nem tudtok biztosítani, úgy kérem, halljátok meg sürgető szavunkat és komolyan mérlegeljétek azoknak a dolgoknak ebben a múzeumban való elhelyezését. Minden darab, nagyságtól és értékétől függetlenül igen értékes számunkra, mert a MAGYAR múltnak egy hű része, amelyet az utókor számára átmenteni próbálunk. Fiam minden szállítási és portóköltséget megtérít, minden küldeményt nyugtáz és mindegyikről pontos nyilvántartást vezet. Ezenkívül a múzeumot minden érdeklődőnek szívesen bemutatja. Over the years, either through lack of communication or negligence, some of our members have lost contact with us. When you have a life insurance contract, it is to your advantage to keep your company informed of your current address and any change in your material status. In many cases whenever a female member marries, this would necessitate a change of name and also a possible change of address and beneficiary. It is most important to keep your records up to date. We have pending claims for members that we cannot locate. Most of these are either matured policies or where the extended insurance coverage laspses leaving an amount of pure endowment which belongs to the member. Various attempts have been made to locate these members through the information available to us, but all has been in vain. In the list that follows, the branch of the member is shown with the policy number and amount due. If you know the whereabout of anyone on this list, please ask them to write me and further instructions will be given so that settlement can be made. When replying, reference should be made to this list published in the Fraternity for the first quarter of 1985.
