Therefore, total liabilities, including reserves were $16,263,362. The total Admitted Assets of the Federation as of December 31, 1983, were $21,269,355. Therefore, the surplus over all liabilities including reserves was $5,005,993. The ratios of assets to liabilities have been 1983 - 130.78%; 1982 - 129.73%; 1981 - 126.91%; 1980 - 123.29%; 1979 - 121.15%. Respectfully submitted, George R.
