PÁLYÁZAT TISZTVISELŐI ÁLLÁSOKRA

Egyesületünk alapszabályainak értelmében ezennel pályázatot hirdetünk az 1984. szeptember 17-én Ligonierban, Pa., összehívott Közgyűlésünk által betöltendő központi tisztviselői állásokra:

A fenti központi tisztviselők kötelességeit a megalkotandó vagy módosítandó alapszabályok határozzák meg. A választás egy terminusa négy évre szól.

Pályázhatnak az Egyesület biztosító osztályának nagykorúságot elért s amerikai állampolgársággal bíró rendes tagjai.

A pályázók rendes egyesületi tagságát, személyi adatait, képzettségét és az alapszabályban előírt munkakörre való képesítését igazoló iratok eredetiben vagy hiteles másolatban a pályázati kérvényhez csatoltan az Egyesület elnökéhez adandók be legkésőbb 1984. június 30-ig:

AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS

Amendments to the by-laws may only be made by the Convention. Amendments may be proposed by the Board of Directors or a branch.

All proposed amendments to the by-laws by a branch shall be forwarded to the Executive Committee at least one month before the first day of the Convention. The amendments shall be presented to the Board of Directors for their recommendations. The proposed amendments shall be presented to the Convention along with the written recommendations of the Board of Directors. Amendments proposed by the Board of Directors shall be submitted directly to the Convention. Amendments may be passed by a majority vote of the members of the Convention.
