KÖZGYŰLÉSÉT Ligonier-ban, Pa., a Bethlen Otthon és a Lord Ligonier motel gyűlés termeiben. Erre a közgyűlésre ezennel meghívom Igazgatóságunkat és osztályaink hivatalosan megválasztott képviselőit. The Legislative and executive body of the Federation is the Convention held quadrennially. 5. The Federation is governed during the interim between conventions by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall not have the power to amend the by-laws of the Federation.
