The 72 voting members of the XXXIst Convention are the four National Officers, the three Vice- Presidents, the nine Board members and the 56 elected Delegates. The advisory members of the Convention are the Administrator of the Bethlen Home, the Medical Director, the Financial Counsellor, the Legal Counsellor and the five Field Force members invited by the Board of Directors. It is a great pleasure to thank my fellow National Officers for working as a team during the past four years to serve the best interest of the Federation. Our work was not easy. Often we worked under pressure. However, the Lord blessed us with brotherly- fraternal spirit which enabled us to strengthen the ties of fellowship and overcome all hardship and difficulties. The 3 Vice-Presidents and the 9 Board members served the Federation witli distinguished honor, commendable dedication and integrity during the past four years. It is a great honor and pleasure to thank them for their faithful services and to give them due recognition for their endeavor to work for the welfare and benefit of tbe Federation. The 56 Delegates were elected in accordance with the By-Laws of the Federation either by their local branches or the composite branches. They have the right of voice and vote. Most of the elected delegates are well known for their dedicated services for the Federation on the local branch level, are outstanding persons in the Hungarian community and are highly regarded by our members as fraternalists. The advisory members were called to the Convention to make their reports on their highly specialized technical areas in serving the Federation during the past four years. The 5 Field Force members voted by the Board of Directors to be invited to the Convention was done on the basis of paragraph 53 of our By-Laws. I urge all the regular and advisory members to bring their Credential Certificates with them and present same to the Credential Committee of the Convention. The National Officers quadrennial reports were mailed to the members 20 days prior to the Convention. The recommendations received from the branches were presented to the Board of Directors and will be referred to the proper committees of the Convention. Rooms were reserved for the members at the Ligonier Holiday Inn and the Fort Ligonier Motor Lodge. Meals will be served in the Bethlen Home and the Holiday Inn. May Almighty God bestow his gracknis blessings upon our XXXIst Convention and its constituent members.
