37 BILLION DOLLARS IN INSURANCE IN FORCE The National Fraternal Congress representing 10 million members and over 100 fraternal organizations throughout the United States and Canada, held its annual Congress on September 26th in Miami, Flori­da. Our Federation was represented by the President and Secretary. This year the President of our Federa­tion was honored hy having been asked to open the Congress and to officiate at the Memorial Service of the deceased officers and members. Rt. Rev. C. 20016 Dear Bishop Béky: On behalf of the National Fraternal Congress of America, it is my pleasure to have the opportunity to thank you for participating in the 1976 Annual Meeting recently held in Hollywood, Florida. Each year the delegates and guests in attendance during the opening Plenary Session take time from a busy schedule to remember their departed friends. The words you delivered during the memorial service were very appropriate and impressively received by those in attendance.
