The monthly dues are due and payable on the first day of each month and must he paid on or before the 30th day following said date. The member who fails to pay his dues by the end of the 30 day period shall he suspended from membership rights by the office of the Controller on the 31st day after due date. The limit of a member's suspension shall be a maximumot three months. If during this time he pays all his arrearages, he shall he reinstated to membership.” SPECIAL BRANCH MEETINGS: 59. “The president of the branch shall conduct its meetings. Special meetings, when necessary, shall be called.” VICE PRESIDENT: 60. “In case of the absence of the president, his rights and duties shall be assumed hv the vice president.” SECRETARY-BRANCH MANAGER: 61 & 64. “The secretary of the branch shall take the minutes of the meetings and preserve them in proper form, and submit them to the Secretary of the Federation. He shall take care of all correspondence pertaining to the branch. W1 íenever the Secretary deems it necessary, he may with the approval of the Executive Committee, appoint a branch manager. He shall assume all duties of the branch secretary and treasurer.” AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS: Article XVIII. “Amendments to the by-laws may onlv he made by the Convention. Amendments may he proposed by the Board of Directors or a branch. CONTROLLER will he filled by election by the Quadrennial Convention of the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America to be held in Ligonier, Pa., on June 28, 1976. Duties of the elected officers are specified in the present or as may be amended By-Laws. One term of the elected officers extends through a four-year period. Any adult member of the Federation, in good standing, who is an American citizen and who HAS THE NECESSARY' QUALIFICATIONS, MAY APPLY.
