Second Class Postage Paid at the Post Office in Ligonier, Pa. 15658. We have implemented the resolutions of our Board and carried out its directives concerning our Convention. CONVENTION Our XXXth Convention will take place in Lig­onier, Pa. commencing on June 28, 1976. The consti­tutional requirements in preparing for this Conven­tion have been fulfilled. Our branches were regrouped in accordance with the state laws. The smaller branches were integrated for purposes of lawful elec­tions of the delegates. These resolutions were ap­proved by our Board and it was communicated officially to our branches and membership in the special January issue of Fraternity. APPLICATIONS In accordance with our Constitution and By-Laws I have advertised the deadline for applications for the four executive officers of our Federation. YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST We held our youth scholarship contest in ac­cordance with the rules prescribed by the Board. Seven competitors participated and five received first prizes. The names are the following: Csilla Bodnar, Jeanette Mogor, Csilla Kertész, Gilbert Géza Boncsér and Imre B. Kovács. One prize was again donated by my wife, Mrs. Zoltán Beky. At the same time she sent out several hundred copies of her cookbook to the branches for the same purpose. YOUTH CAMPS We supported the youth camps of the Calvin Synod and of the Hungarian Reformed Church in America with $1,000 - $1,000 respectively. The Cana­dian Hungarian Reformed Youth Camp was given a grant of $350.00. STUDENT LOAN Student loans were granted in the value of $500.00 to members of our Federation engaged in university studies. STUDENT AID We have granted student aid in emergencies in the value of one hundred dollars each, in every in­stance at the request of our directors, field force or branch managers. NEW POLICIES The children’s and other new policies approved by our Board last year have been duly printed and our field force began to sell them during the past year. 4
