1 OUR 80th ANNIVERSARY PRODUCTION CONTEST The HRFA will celebrate its 80th anniversary in 1976. The branches in our districts are organizing to sponsor local anniversary banquets, dinner-dances and festivals. At the time of this publication four of our districts are already well organized, reserved dates and are working very hard for the success of the celebrations. In 1976 we shall also have TWO PRO­DUCTION CONTESTS with prizes awarded to the winners. I. BRANCH MANAGERS - COLLECTORS - AGENTS CONTEST. 1) The period of the contest is: January 1 - May 31. 2) The branch managers, collecting agents and agents who are authorized to recommend new members may participate in the contest. During the contest period special agent authorization cards will be given to any member who has at least $5,000 basic insurance with the Federation. Members who desire to participate in the contest must submit their request to the Secretary in writing and attach a letter of recommendation from our local district or section manager. 3) The participants in the contest will receive 100 percent credit for the production of all our basic life and endowment insurance plans; 40 percent of the face value for our 20 year term plans and 10 percent of the face value for our term to age 18 and five year term plans. 4) Our district and section managers and their family members cannot participate in the con­test. DISTRICT AND SECTION MANAGERS CONTEST 1) The period of the contest is January 1 - May 31. 2) All Field Force members: District and Section Managers may participate. 3) a. Only those District and Section Managers will qualify in the contest who met their January 1 - May 31 quota 100 percent in net production. b. District and Section Managers may select either their 1974 or 1975 quota for 1976. 4) Prizes will be determined on the amount of net production over and above the 100 percent quota for the January 1 - May 31 period. The person who has the largest amount of production over and above the quota requirement will be the winner of the first prize.
